As the founder, I have spent my career in bookselling and publishing (30+ YEARS). Reading a manuscript has been very important in all of the bookselling roles that I have had over the years. Reading to position a Not-Yet -Published book to decision-makers in the industry. Reading to create BUZZ with colleagues and helping publishers maximize sales.

One day, a colleague asked me to do a sensitivity read on her manuscript that she was getting ready to have a Literary Agent take to market. I gladly accepted the role and enjoyed the experience so much that I began accepting other offers . I am currently on the Sensitivity/Authenticity Reader database at Penguin Random House and I have worked on several projects with editors and authors. I really love helping authors that are debuting with their writing gift! Another passion is helping authors who want to make sure that they get their stories and characters right!

I have also added the service of helping aspiring authors prepare for submission to literary agents!
